"i’m very disappointed on what happened today because I’ve been coming to This nail shop since I was a kid and I had booked a 9 am Appointment with gel builder and The person who was supposed to do my nails did not come… What really set it off was there was a girl who came in right after me who was a walk-in and they took her after which I felt like was backwards & not cool because I had an appointment regardless if the person was there or not, they should’ve took me and so I did walk out."

"I just randomly decided to come here cause it was close to my job and because the reviews seemed pretty good and I’m so glad I did! I was paired with tony and omg he was too funny and did such a great job on my nails! Love it definitely coming came back and requesting tony lol!"

"I will never get a soak off here again. They hardly talk to you and they didn’t let me know my wait time when I got there. When I got finished w my soak off the lady just left me (to go do the next persons nails) standing at the register to pay and not one person said anything until I said “who’s gonna take my payment?” And they came after 5 minutes. Besides the horrible customer service my nails look HORRIBLE. 2/10!!!! 2 points for how close it but DO NOT COME HERE! She also drilled off the girl next to me set with the same tip she did mine without disinfecting it! They’re not clean and not professional!"

"I asked for dip powder and then it was covered with (black gel). The girl at the front tried to shape them for me before I left and gave me a $5 off for next time. I had an appointment so I left, but had to come back because less than 2 hours most of the black colored nails had lifted and or chipped. They filed off and redid the black dip and by that night one of the nails already chipped off. I was refunded half the money when I called to let them know what happened. The only way to get a full refund is to go back and soak off all the my nails color in acetone. I took half the refund because I was headed to a wedding and my fingers are sore from all the filing and refiling on my real nails not acrylic."

"Have been coming here for more than 7+ years! would recommend Pam, Sandy, Moon & Tony for the best nails & nail designs!! here is a photo of what I got done today by tony such a funny guy and does amazing job looks exactly like the photo I showed him. thank you so much reading & would 100% recommend :) ask for tony especially*"
